At NGlow, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how to return your order and get a refund.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within [7 / 14 / 30] days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging
- Tamper-evident seals (if any) must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Skin care products (soaps, creams, moisturisers)
- Hair care products (oils, shampoos, hair dyes)
- Any cosmetic item whose seal has been broken
If you received a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
4. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (especially if damaged or incorrect)

5. Refunds

6. Return Shipping
For returns due to a defect, damage or wrong item, NGlow will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
