Refund & Returns Policy

At NGlow, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how to return your order and get a refund.

1. Return Window

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Skin care products (soaps, creams, moisturisers)
  • Hair care products (oils, shampoos, hair dyes)
  • Any cosmetic item whose seal has been broken
