Quick answers

Where is my order?
You get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as the parcel is picked up, usually within 24–48 hours of ordering. If it has been longer than three working days, send us the order number.
Can I return an opened product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — if something arrived damaged or faulty, send a photo and we will replace it.
Is the hair dye safe for grey coverage?
It is ammonia and peroxide free, and covers greys gradually over three or four applications rather than in one. Always patch test 48 hours before the first full application.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We ship across India including cash on delivery. International shipping is planned.
Are the products vegan?
All six are free of animal-derived ingredients and none are tested on animals.
How do I know which product I need?
Tell us the problem — hair fall, dry skin, greys, daily sun — and we will point at one product, not a routine of nine.
